As a Registered Kinesiologist, Justin has an honours degree in Kinesiology from Brock University.
He grew up playing and watching many sports in which he witnessed injuries. Even a common ankle sprain can be momentarily debilitating for anyone. He has always seen the importance of proper rehabilitation in restoring normal movement and quality of life. In high school, he decided to pursue Kinesiology to help people through rehabbing an injury and increasing their performance.
He focuses on sports performance, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and general conditioning. He enjoys working with people in small groups or one-on-one to help them achieve their goals. Seeing a client return to normal movement is one of the most rewarding parts of his career.
