Victor is a graduate of the University of Toronto’s Master of Professional Kinesiology program and has two undergraduate degrees in Exercise Science and Psychology from the University of Winnipeg.
As a Registered Kinesiologist, Victor is passionate about applied research and technological innovation related to biomechanics, musculoskeletal injuries prevention/rehabilitation and performance. He believes we should utilize exercise to facilitate change in performance or behaviour that extends beyond the training environment, and ultimately, improve your health and overall quality of life. Victor has trained professional and amateur athletes competing both nationally and internationally. He also works with individuals suffering from various musculoskeletal injuries and chronic health conditions.
Over the years, Victor has been regularly active in the development of the profession of Kinesiology. Currently, he is a board member of the Ontario Kinesiology Association and a member of the Research and Development Committee of the Canadian Kinesiology Alliance.

As a Registered Kinesiologist, Justin has an honours degree in Kinesiology from Brock University.
He grew up playing and watching many sports in which he witnessed injuries. Even a common ankle sprain can be momentarily debilitating for anyone. He has always seen the importance of proper rehabilitation in restoring normal movement and quality of life. In high school, he decided to pursue Kinesiology to help people through rehabbing an injury and increasing their performance.
He focuses on sports performance, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and general conditioning. He enjoys working with people in small groups or one-on-one to help them achieve their goals. Seeing a client return to normal movement is one of the most rewarding parts of his career.
